Cancellation policy:

To all our reservations the following terms and conditions apply. No exemptions made.

We advise all our guests to apply for their own travel insurance.
For instance the AON insurance can be used: https://www.aonverzekeringen.nl/verzekeringen/reisverzekering 
This should often be done within a certain period of time after making your booking.

The cancellation conditions of the rate type you booked are always leading.
See your booking confirmation for this.

Cancellation conditions:

For reservations during events / holidays (dates specified below), in case of cancellation at all times
€ 50.00 administration fee per reserved room applies.

Individual reservations:
The rate type booked by you is leading.
In the event of cancellation, the uniform terms and conditions will apply to which a fee is charged:
For a cancellation between 8 and 30 days before arrival, 60% of the accommodation/breakfast costs are payable.
For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, the full accommodation/breakfast costs are payable.

3 rooms or more booked apply different conditions:
When finalising your booking, we require a deposit.
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before arrival, there is no charge.
For a cancellation between 42 and 31 days before arrival, a fee of 50% is charged.
For a cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival, a 75% fee is charged.
For a cancellation within 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Payment:
Depending on the conditions of the reservation you have booked,
we require a full prepayment of your reservation after the cancellation deadline.
You can pay your reservation directly via IDeal or choose to book without direct payment.
